 It all starts with a client requirement. We will make sure we understand the client’s need and what the ideal candidate looks like. Our goal is to find that perfect match for your company, we will therefore do a proper research on your company to understand your culture, the technologies you are using, where you are going, etc.

Now the sourcing begins, we scout our existing Talent Warehouse, networks and other platforms to find matching CV’s.

Once we’ve found a CV that looks promising, we continue with the qualifying and screening process to better understand the candidate’s skills and experience. If the candidate’s skills and experience matches those of the position(s) we are recruiting for, we continue to the interview.

During the interview we get to know our candidate better, and match them further to the our client(s) requirements and culture.

If the candidate is a good match to the client’s requirement we proceed to format the CV into JCM’s standard and present it to the client.

If the client is interested to meet with the candidate, we will prepare the candidate for the interview and assist them with more information about the company and interviewers. Likewise, we will make sure the client has all information needed to ensure a successful interview.

After the interview, a JCM consultant will debrief the candidate and client to get a good picture of how it went. Similarly we will provide feedback to both.

If there is a mutual interest, a second interview or assessment may be arranged. As per the first interview, we will make sure both parties have all information needed to conduct a successful interview. JCM continues with reference checks, if reference checks weren’t already conducted during the screening process.

If the client is interested to take the candidate on board, we assist in formulating the ideal offer and then present this offer to the candidate. The client and candidate are kept in the “communication loop” the entire time.
Further reference and MIE checks are done on candidates who accept the offer. We check the candidate’s qualifications and criminal record and, should the position be in a financial institution, we will also do a credit check.

After the offer has been accepted, we assist the candidate to resign from the current job. We provide them with resignation templates and guidance on how to go about it. This includes advice regarding counter-offers and the dangers of counter-offers. We keep in contact with both candidate and client during the notice period and assist where necessary. We also help with information about their new company and what to expect during first week of employment.

Once the candidate has been employed, we will touch base frequently with both client and candidate to see how they have settled in. Our goal is to establish long-term relationships and we enjoy witnessing how successfully placed candidates contributes to the clients’ growth, value and success.
