Salary negotiable, the client do not want to pay more than R25 000 basic. Package includes commission and a petrol card. The package will be renewed if and when the campus to grow.

Business Development Career Marketing Oversee effective execution of the school marketing strategy.   2
Oversee effectively building a quality database through direct marketing.   
Corporate Marketing Effectively increase market share as per corporate marketing strategy.    5
Branding and awareness Record and report of success stories across all divisions as per marketing strategy.   5
Positions CTU’s brand regionally. Creating awareness for the CTU campus regionally.  
Academic Control Academic Control To support the AP to create a Student [email protected] including a functioning SCC.   1
Graduation Assist and support AP on effective and quality graduation event as per CTU requirements.   1
Financial Management Invoice and debt collection  To prevent the creation of bad debt including handovers monthly.   10
To achieve the monthly banking budget of each division.  
To manage and control the quality, accuracy and timing of the monthly invoicing.  
Manage and control credits and reduce the risk of refunds to less than 2% per month on banking.  
To manage and control students at risk for finance monthly.  
Update IT cancellations and drop outs.  
Campus expenses Responsible for the management of campus expenses like: petty cash; water & lights; stationary; petrol cards    5

HRD Industry and Corporate exposure To present the HRD model to Industry and Corporate companies to facilitate a 100% workplace for all second and third year learners as well as all Learnerships at your campus.    5
As campus manager you are responsible to place at least 40% or second year learning is a working environment. CTU aims for a 80% placement rate of all second year students.  
To present the HRD in IT Presentation to a minimum of forty companies to facilitate workplace experience and ensure all students receive WPE, Monthly  
To obtain Bursaries(Learnerships) for 20 to 50 students per annum  
General Operations Management Administrative Tasks To ensure that all Administrative tasks are completed daily, weekly and monthly as per CTU calendar.   1
IT Management Oversee the hardware register for movement with your IT technician..   1
Service Delivery Internal and External Customer Satisfaction To provide excellent customer service as per CTU customer charter.   5
To manage and control all customer complaints to the desired outcome.  
To conduct and analyse electronic customer surveys and implement corrective action.  
Ethical behaviour Professional Conduct Treating all staff, students and clients with respect.   3
Meating deadlines.  
Professional dress code.  
Professional communication to all stakeholders.  




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, backed by a professional qualification in education  (an advantage but no a requirement)
  • Extensive management, administrative and organisational skills 
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing:
    • People, 
    • Projects, 
    • Finances, 
    • Sales, 
    • Labour relations, 
    • Human resources management and development, 
    • Marketing and 
    • Good governance practices 
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal (verbal and written)
