Our specialities lie in the ICT space, with all positions in the Project environment and with Executive Placements, but we are professional recruiters and can therefore assist you with all and any of your Recruitment needs. OUTSOURCED SOLUTION

We understand that all companies need expert skills every now and again but don’t necessarily want to employ them on a permanent basis nor do they want to take on the admin of contract employment.

This outsourcing model will allow you having benefits of specialized skills in your company without any employment risk, JCM has the agreement with the expert.  We can either manage the project on your behalf, delivering feedback and the solution to you or you may choose to manage the resource in-house, whatever suit you best.

We basically outsource any skill you need from Presentation design and development; Website design, development and management; SEO Copywriting; Social Media Strategizing and Management; Web Development; Marketing strategizing and management (including digital/online marketing); Website Content writing; End User Documentation; and more.

  • Sourcing of candidates via a database search, network search, advertising, head hunting, etc.

  • Reference checking of the candidate which would include any necessary background checks, verification of qualifications, credit checks, criminal record checks, etc. as requested by the client
